In edicola la Guida alle Birre d'Italia 2019 di Slow Food. Oltre a trovare una scheda del nostro birrificio all'interno della guida, siamo orgogliosi di annunciarvi il riconoscimento di "birra quotidiana" ottenuto dalla nostra FORASTICA, ovvero "quel prodotto che svetta sugli altri per la capacità del birrificio di valorizzare semplicità, equilibrio e piacevolezza e che, meglio degli altri, è adatto a svolgere il ruolo di compagno di bevuta di ogni giorno", categoria che rispecchia a pieno la nostra volontà di produrre birre da bere, rispettando tutta la convivialità che questa antica bevanda esprime. L'importante riconoscimento, giunto a poco più di due anni di attività del birrificio, ci riempie di gioia e ci motiva a continuare nel nostro percorso di crescita e di produzione di qualità! Riconoscimenti slow food sono arrivati anche per altre due birre prodotte nei nostri impianti, segno che la scelta di insediarci a Montebello di Bertona e produrre con le ottime acque delle sorgenti del Vitello D'Oro del Gran Sasso d'Italia si sta rivelando vincente! Allora avanti così: a tutta BEeRTONA!!!
